Cancer In Your Bathroom? - by Tracey Anne

Cancer In Your Bathroom? - by Tracey Anne: "When the alarm rings she slowly gets out of bed, turns on the shower and under the steady stream of warm water, she gently scrubs her body with Ammonia, Formaldehyde and Phenol.

Next, she shampoos her tinted hair with DEA and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.

Rinsing out the shampoo, she applies a good amount of mutagenic DEA & Propylene Glycol and lets it penetrate while she pops the top on the shaving cream and shaves her legs with A-Pinene.

The shower finished, she towel dries and spreads on an even coat of Contaminant Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PHAs) and a dusting of an Asbestos Substance over her skin.

She sprays the scented Aluminum under her arms, brushes her teeth with FD&C Blue#1, Resorcinol, Saccharin, and Fluoride; with a trace of TriSodium Phosphate.

Then she rinses and gargles with Ethanol and Phenol Alcohol.

She combs setting gel through her hair then blows it dry and sprays it with polyvinylpyrrolidine(PVP).

Sitting at her vanity, she carefully applies a thin film of Phenol Carbolic Acid, Dioxin and Propylene Glycol, over her face to reduce the fine lines.

Today, she'll wear foundation and a little FD&C Red #3. And, better add some eye-Iron Oxide, for today she is attending a special meeting.

Oh, and add a little toxic and mutagenic Ascorbyl Palmitate to line her lids, and a stroke of
bacteria & Polyvinylpyrrolide (PVP) to her lashes.

A dab of Benzo-A-Pyrene and Benzo-B-Fluroanthene to color her lips. A spritz of her favorite scent,
Toluene and Benzaldehyde, and a little carcinogenic nitrosamine, NMPABAO on her face, arms and legs to block the suns rays.

Now, she is set for the day. She looks radiant... 'breath-taking' bea"

I Lost My Arm And Leg At The Dry Cleaners! - by Laura McDonald: "Fall and winter herald career coats coming out of the closet for cleaning, freshening and wearing. Fear not, dry cleaning care for garments does not have to cost an arm and a leg. Try these three suggestions to prolong the life of your coats with little effort and only a small pocket dent:"

How To Make 2007 Your Best Year Ever - by Dan Lok: "Looking back at 2006, I think I accomplished about 80% of the goals I set for myself. I feel good about where I am. Now I want to talk to you about how to make 2007 your most profitable year ever. There are five keys I guarantee will help you have a successful year."

Seven Keys To Personal Development - by James Delrojo

Seven Keys To Personal Development - by James Delrojo: "I believe that the secret to personal development won't be found by sitting under a tree for 20 years contemplating the universe. The secret to personal development is to pursue a worthwhile goal that takes you outside your comfort zone and forces you to grow in the process.

Personal development is a by-product of a challenging achievement. Here are seven keys to help you to enhance your own personal development.

1: Discover Your Potential

There is no way to know your true potential unless you try new and different things. Be open minded and allow yourself to have new experiences.

You may be surprised to discover just what potentials you have if you throw yourself into new experiences with confidence and enthusiasm.

2: Create An Inspiring Challenge"

Reflections of 2006 and Predictions for 2007 - by Sharon Housley

Reflections of 2006 and Predictions for 2007 - by Sharon Housley: "For the most part in 2006, the world escaped Natures wrath, but people were far less kind to their neighbors. 2006 is scarred not by the winds and oceans but by political turmoil across the globe. The Middle East quagmire is the epitome of how wrong things can go, with the war in Lebanon, infighting in Palestine, Iran's nuclear ambitions, and Iraq's sectarian violence the deepest scars of 2006 were self inflicted with man being his own enemy. Of course, the Middle East is not alone with it's own self-destruction. Genocide in Chad and Sudan show how truly intolerant the human race really is. North Korea's impatience and nuclear activity have disrupted Asia. In fact, few areas of the world were left unscathed by man's ambitions in 2006.

Again technology has brought the tragedies of war and the personal stories of families from the farthest corners of the earth, to the door steps of the west. Citizen journalism and Internet propagation has added a complex layer to the stories. The growth of YouTube, Blogs, Podcasting and RSS have personalized the media and given listeners and watchers a personal connection to the reports."

The History And Background Of The Guitar - by Mike Hayes

The History And Background Of The Guitar - by Mike Hayes: "Compared to some musical instruments, the guitar is a relative newcomer dating from the Middle Ages. It's origins, go back to long before the beginnings of recorded history.

The first instrument was probably nothing more than a bow in the hands of a prehistoric hunter. One day, some nameless innovator attached a hollow gourd to the shaft of a bow. By hugging the gourd to his chest and bending the shaft back and forth with one hand (to change the tension on the string), he produced resonant notes by plucking the string with his other hand. Primitive instruments of this type are still played in various parts of Africa."

What is Snuba? - by Rob Daniels

What is Snuba? - by Rob Daniels: "Snuba is a portmanteau word, combing the words scuba and snorkel. Snuba divers wear similar equipment to that of scuba divers: fins, mask, and a bodysuit. However, the air tank commonly worn on scuba divers back, is attached to a specially designed raft floating on the surface of the water. The air that the snuba divers breath travels through a twenty foot hose, only allowing the diver to travel to a maximum depth of twenty feet. The raft bearing the water tanks is designed to move in coordination with the snuba diver's movements.

Essentially, snuba contains the benefits of both snorkeling and scuba diving; snuba offers the security of snorkeling as well as the freedom to venture under water to examine native fish or flora. Snuba is a 'patented underwater diving system', literally combining both snorkeling and scuba diving. Snuba allows users to not only view scenery from the surface, but to travel a total distance of twenty feet from a raft that supports your air tanks."

Will You Pick A Multi-Vitamin That Works? - by Tom Nuckels

Will You Pick A Multi-Vitamin That Works? - by Tom Nuckels: "The year was 2002 when the American Medical Association (AMA) reversed its stance regarding the use of vitamin supplements and advised every American to take at least one multi-vitamin a day! For the previous 20 years, the AMA had promoted an official anti-vitamin-supplement policy and offered their scorn to those who suggested that vitamin supplementation offered any health benefits.

Their 2002 announcement was vindication for the many health professionals who had advocated the use of vitamin supplements while for years enduring the criticism of the U.S. health establishment. Finally, the AMA was admitting that the American diet alone does not provide adequate nutrition for optimum health. However, their announcement stopped short of explaining what the true role of vitamin supplements should be.

Vitamin Amounts - How Much Is Enough?"
